Welcome to SultanSilk. By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or utilizing our custom tailoring services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Orders & Pricing

All prices listed on SultanSilk are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices and correct any pricing errors without prior notice.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan. Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days for ready-to-wear / unstitched fabrics. Free delivery applies to orders above Rs. 5,000; otherwise, a nominal shipping charge of Rs. 250 applies.

3. Custom Tailoring & Stitching

For custom stitching orders, delivery timelines range between 7 to 10 working days after measurement confirmation. Please ensure measurement guidelines provided during WhatsApp consultations are followed accurately.

4. Exchange & Returns

Unused ready-to-wear or unstitched items in their original condition and packaging can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Custom-stitched outfits and sale items cannot be returned unless there is a verifiable manufacturing defect.
